It is no longer news that the much awaited movie, “Aala Ife” which literarily means Boundary of Love will finally be screened at the cinema this Easter season.

Come April 1st and 2nd 2018, which are Easter Sunday and Monday, Aala Ife will be shown at the National Theater, Iganmu, Lagos, with the first view coming up by 12noon, followed by 3pm and 6pm of the two days.

The producer of Aala Ife, Gbolahan Adetayo, who is a journalist by profession, after a thorough investigation on the causes of the high rate of Divorce, which is now gaining prevalence in our society, came up with these points…

Some of the reasons he gave after the research was that:

1.Over exposure of women could influence break up in any marriage.

2. Inability to be interdependent after marriage {eg: a lot of women want to be independent while they are married. They don’t want to be submissive}

3. Imperfection at the kitchen and also on bed: {many of today’s ladies don’t know how to cook just as they claim to be posh on bed.

These reasons play a vital role in the life of a man and once he can’t get it from his woman, he will rather quit and become bachelor}.

4. Inability to understand one and other after being joined together as one also, contributes to the negative occurence in our society.

5. Above all, the issue of mother in-law has been the biggest threat in marriages. And that is why the prolific writer, Gbolahan Adetayo, who was born and brought up in Ipara Remo, Ogun State, extolled the virtues of mother in-laws in the drama {Aala Ife}, in other to spread the information across the globe and to provide the way forward.
